Gym Journey


            My Name is Prince Hilton Peter, Doing my Doctorate of Philosophy (Commerce) in St. John's College, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, South India. On my childhood days Doctors and elder brothers in the society advised me to do physiotherapy every day but when I was not being thought about the seriousness of Hemophilia. In India: more than 21,000 people are PwH(Person with Hemophilia). Basically hemophiliacs are born and live with more self-confidence, All over world  people archive to do a lot of activities like Authors, Gymnastic, Marathon, Chess, Painter, Trekking, etc., like me . Since 2017, I started my gym journey. I am continually uploading my workout videos on social media like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc to motivating and inspiring other people like me. I used to advise other Hemophiliacs to do exercise regularly. I am living independently.
